Registration and info

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The main language of the seminar will be English.
The seminar will begin on July 22 (Wednesday) and end on July 26 (Sunday).

  • July 22: we recommend arriving in the early afternoon, after lunch, so you can take part in the opening activities.
  • July 26: we recommend departing after lunch, as activities are scheduled for the morning.
    • Registration fee (including accommodation and lunch/dinner)
  • 250€ ˃ Residents in Italy
  • 300€ ˃ International participants
  • 200€ ˃ Participants from the Global South
  • 150€ ˃ Residents of the Alba and Benevello area
  • 350€ ˃ Solidarity contribution to support reduced fees

    ACCOMMODATION
    We will propose accommodation options, which may include staying with local families due to limited hotel availability.


    MEALS
    Lunches and dinners will be provided, with food prepared according to local culinary traditions. Vegetarian, vegan, and non-vegetarian options will be available. You will be able to indicate your dietary requirements in the registration form.


    HOW TO GET TO BENEVELLO
    The reference town is >Alba (CN). From there, we will pick you up with shuttle services and take you to Benevello. From Porta Susa station in Turin, direct trains to Alba run every hour. For those arriving by plane, we recommend Turin Airport or Milan Malpensa or Milan Linate airports, from which it is easy to reach Turin and then Alba by bus or train.
